My Approach

I believe that one of the most important factors in healing is having a supportive, compassionate person in your corner—and that’s the role I strive to fill.

Our work together will focus on the powerful connection between mind and body. The way we think doesn’t just affect our emotions—it impacts our physical health and daily experiences, too. Through mindfulness-based techniques, I’ll help you tune into your body, manage stress, and build a greater sense of control and presence in your life.

I also draw heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well-researched approach that helps you understand and shift the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and learn how to reshape them in ways that support your growth and well-being.

Whether you're healing from trauma, coping with anxiety, or navigating major life changes, my role is to truly listen, support you without judgment, and guide you toward meaningful, lasting change.

Trauma Therapy

I understand that experiencing trauma is incredibly difficult, and healing can feel overwhelming. With extensive experience supporting trauma survivors and my certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I am here to help you on your healing journey. I use gentle techniques like CBT and mindfulness practices to support you in processing difficult feelings and memories at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to find hope, resilience, and a sense of peace as you move forward.

Managing Anxiety

I offer evidence-based therapy for anxiety, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to manage them. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you calm your mind and body, build resilience, and regain a sense of control in your daily life.

Support Through Life Changes

Whether you're navigating a major life transition, coping with loss, or adjusting to unexpected changes, therapy can provide steady support. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to process your experience and emotions. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, we’ll work together to help you build clarity, resilience, and effective coping strategies during life’s difficult seasons.
